Topic a today the so called American Russian Reset with Obama and Medvedev meeting in Moscow , Kudlow says " for the life of me I do not know why should the US make any concessions on defense democracy or freedom to a country like Russia which is nowhere near or equal to the US " later on the Russian oil story and stocks , but first this Big admission from Vice President Joe Biden today.
"The truth is, we and everyone else misread the economy," Biden said
"The truth is, there was a misreading of just how bad an economy we inherited,"
