The original title by Irwin schiff was "How an Economy Grows and Why It Doesn't" The illustrator is Vic Lockman , Irwin Schiff is a know income tax protestor is serving a 13 years in federal jail for refusing to pay the Income Tax which he believes is illegal , Irwin Schiff wrote among others "The Federal Mafia" and "The Great Income Tax Hoax"
