The Rally in the global stock markets continued this week , the Dow is now above 9000 , of course the DOW nominal gains are being partially offset by the weakness of the dollar , The dollar continues to fall , the dollar index closed the week bellow 79 it's the lowest weekly close of this move , also the US stocks are moving slowly if you compare it to what's going on overseas developing markets out pacing the US market particularly when you factor in the foreign exchange...Peter Schiff always advices to move to foreign stocks ...the Hang Seng rallied twice as much as the DOW and the dividend on the Hang Seng is more than twice the dividend on the Dow
