The FED Not Going To Raise Rates

All this talk about how much time is it going to be between the end of QE and the first rate hike, it`s a waste of time. They are not going to end QE, they are not going to raise interest rates because it`s all based on the Fed`s rosy assessment of the U.S. Economy and they are wrong.
