Peter Schiff @ OccupyWallstreet : I am the 1% lets Talk

Peter Schiff courageously went down to confront the Occupy Wall street protesters who call themselves the 99 percent , Peter Schiff : Capitalism means private losses and private profits , it does not mean private profits and socialized losses , the problem is the banks are keeping interest rates artificially low to prop up the speculative activity on Wall Street what we actually need in this country is higher interest rates not lower interest rates because that will take out money from Wall Street and put it on main street says Peter Schiff , businessmen cannot borrow money at these low interest rates it is all going to the government to guarantee debt to the treasury market to the corporate bond market there is no real capital available foe main street Peter Schiff added....

  1. What a real travesty. The American people are dumb as hell and sadly mislead. Too bad there aren't more people like you Peter.

  2. It looks like most of the "occupiers" are people that don't realize u have to conform to business standards (visually), speak with clarity and work hard doing whatever it takes to get a job. They r out there, if u can't find a job it's probably ur fault, u need to assess ur self and not blame others for ur miss fortunes. Also remember that many in the world have many more struggles, like unsafe drinking water. Look at what u have, who cares what the 1% have. Some have earned it, some with less struggles, but focus on what I can do for ur self, no one else cares about whiners. Also your "occupation " is not a solution, just a wast of more Govt. $ and making u less productive. I don't see u as a group coming up with real solutions, making proposals, having a leader speak intelligently about what to do, not just what to complain about. I'm sure if u were a 1% er u would want to hold onto ur $ and if giving it away, would want to have a say on how it can help others.
