Ben talked about tapering the QE in the future and the market nosedived 500 points. Proof that they cannot take the QE away. The only truth that the woman said is that, "We are out of time". It was a 24 Year Old Trader in France, that did a few rogue trades, that was the trigger to the 2008 debacle. Sooner or later that will repeat. They just get too personally greedy and there is just too much temptation to siphon off Millions for one's self in a Multi-Billion deal. (Nobody will notice. I will get away with it.) Peter Schiff is a well-known commentator appearing regularly on CNBC, TechTicker and FoxNews. He is often referred to as "Doctor Doom" because of his bearish outlook on the economy and the U.S. Dollar in particular. Peter was one of the first from within the professional investment field to call the housing market a bubble.
